1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Prompt Navigator Chrome Extension, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are explicitly prohibited from using the software and must uninstall it immediately.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, Prompt Navigator, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, and graphics (collectively, the "Content") are owned or licensed by us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and install the software strictly for personal or internal business operations in accordance with these Terms.
3. User Warranties and Restrictions
By using this software, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms.
- You will not use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Your use of the extension will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
You explicitly agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or extract the source code of the browser extension.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features or premium tier access gates.
- Use automated scripts to scrape data from our interface layouts or servers.
4. Third-Party Ecosystem Interfaces
Prompt Navigator operates as an interface layer integrated with various third-party generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
Notice of Independence: Prompt Navigator is an independent developer utility and is not affiliated, endorsed, associated, or officially connected with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any of their subsidiaries.
We hold no liability for modifications made by third-party platforms to their respective user interfaces, DOM structures, or APIs, which may temporarily degrade, alter, or interrupt the execution of our sidepanel auto-scroll anchoring routines.
5. Billing, Subscriptions, and Cancellations
Certain features of Prompt Navigator require payment of fees (the "Pro Tier"). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all payments made via our third-party billing processor.
- Recurring Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each monthly or annual cycle unless cancelled.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard panel. Cancellation stops future recurring charges, but does not offer prorated refunds for the remaining active billing cycle.
- Refunds: All purchases are fundamentally final unless otherwise specified by local consumer protection statutes or approved manually by our support tier.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL PROMPT NAVIGATOR, ITS DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7. Term and Termination
These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use Prompt Navigator. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access to and use of the software (including blocking specific IP addresses or user accounts) to anyone for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms.
